I recently had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bed to the top-notch kitchenware. The staff went above and beyond to address any issues we had, and their handwritten apology showed a level of care not often seen. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube and all the sights we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
While our stay was wonderful, it would have been even better if there was a little café in the reception area for a good coffee in the morning. Additionally, the music played throughout the public areas was quite loud and made it difficult to have a normal conversation.

The hotel's garden, although limited in opening hours, was a serene oasis for relaxation. I loved spending my mornings there, sipping my coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It would have been even better if the garden remained open 24/7, as I believe all guests should have access to this beautiful space. Despite this small drawback, the hotel's interiors were stunning, with well-appointed rooms that were tastefully decorated. The curtain separating the bed from the kitchenette and the window was a thoughtful touch, allowing for privacy and comfort. The friendly and helpful staff at the reception made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a vibrant street full of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as easy access to the Westfield Mall. my stay at Ember Locke was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

Make sure to get family room with the laundry and a curtain separating the bed from the kitchenette, for example. A dishwasher, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

The hotel had beautiful interiors with well-decorated rooms and friendly staff at the front desk. The location was great, close to a street full of restaurants and shops, and only a short taxi ride away from a popular mall.
Additionally, the continual loud music playing in all public areas was a major annoyance. It made it difficult to have a normal conversation and enjoy the bar, restaurant, or breakfast area.

Hidden Gem: I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel located in Kensington, an exhibition centre of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. It was like stumbling upon a treasure trove of excitement and inspiration.
Limited Garden Hours: Garden opens late and closes early.

Our stay at Ember Locke was absolutely wonderful. The studio apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, with the tube station and a supermarket just a short walk away. We enjoyed our mornings at the coffee shop and loved the ambiance of the lounge and garden. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and noise, we were overall very satisfied with our stay at Ember Locke and would definitely recommend it to others.
